Please note that by accessing and using this website you agree to be bound by its Terms and Conditions. Evergreen Alchemy reserves the right to amend or update such Terms and Conditions at any time without providing notice to you. By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.

CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY

Evergreen Alchemy is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. I endeavour to make sure that all products listed on the website are currently in stock. In the event that an ordered item is not available or I am unable to fulfill your order, I will notify you within 3 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a refund.

PRODUCT QUALITY

All my pieces are made by my very own hands and may come with some small imperfections. Please take this into consideration when purchasing.

ACCURACY OF THE COLOURS IN PHOTOS

All photos are shown displaying the true colours of products as accurately as possible. However, while I do endeavour to capture the most accurate colours to the best of my ability, the colours that you see will depend on your monitor/screen, and therefore I cannot guarantee the accuracy of your screen’s colour display.

PAYMENT

Due to the nature of my products, payment is to be made in full prior to commencing any custom creation. Please direct all orders and payments through this website, as it is easier for me to keep track of everything relating to your order this way. In cases where needed, I can provide a PayPal invoice and payment can be made that way.

COMMUNICATION

While it is fine to contact me via email, Facebook message, or my Instagram inbox for general enquiries, please try to keep as much discussion relating to the specifics of your order via this website (and in the comments section during checkout) in order to keep everything more streamlined and easier to manage on my end. Your co-operation in this matter is greatly appreciated.

PRICING

Prices of goods, services, delivery and other charges displayed on the Evergreen Alchemy website are current at the time of publication. Prices are subject to change without notice. There may be duties and taxes added to international postage of your package depending on your location. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and they are not included in your order total. All sales and credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars.

SHIPPING

By placing your order and payment, you agree to the shipping terms as listed in detail on the Shipping page.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All sales are final and non-refundable. As majority of my creations are custom pieces, some of which can take many hours to complete, I do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on any items, including sale/clearance items, or change of mind purchases. Due to this, please ensure you are certain of sizes, colours and all choices when ordering.

FAULTY ITEMS

For faulty items where the fault is mine during the creation process, please contact me with the details and photos of the fault within 24 hours of receiving your product, and I will determine if it is suitable for a refund or exchange upon receipt of the faulty item sent back to me with a tracking number. Each situation will be assessed case by case. No refunds, returns, exchanges or replacements are offered to faulty orders that are more than 14 days old. Evergreen Alchemy is not liable for postal damage such as water damage or bent items, nor for parcels lost or stolen in transit. It is for this reason that I offer and strongly encourage you to purchase postal options such as Postage Tracking, Express Postage, Insurance, and/or Signature On Delivery to avoid any such issues.

SAFETY NOTICE

It is advised to keep anything purchased from Evergreen Alchemy away from children, infants and pets. Products are NOT toys and are NOT for consumption. They are delicate and some are a potential choking hazard. Majority of display items contain glass. The preservation of animals/insects and related items are for display purposes only and should be kept out of reach of children and pets. This applies for resin items also. It is not recommended that they be used to store food or eaten off, nor should they be used as a toy or teether.
